Criminal Sexual Functioning Drugs And FDA Compliance
There has been a warning released by the US Food and Drug Administration over concerns about a sexual enhancement drug sold on the internet. In 2004 the FDA released a list of some of the products sold on the internet which had the ability to cause serious health problems because of their ingredients. They were not in line with FDA compliance and were breaking federal law because they withheld ingredient information.
Some of the ‘supplements’ included Actra-Rx, Actra-Sx, Libidus, Nasutra, Neophase, Vigor-25, Yilishen, Zimaxx, 4EVERON, and Liviro3.
These and the rest of the list are available to view on the FDA’s website. Each of the banned products are promoted as a pill to prevent erectile dysfunction and enhance your performance in bed. If you take prescription drugs or use some herbal remedies then you are risking your health by taking these illegal drugs.
Stiff Nights is the product to come under fire from the FDA in recent weeks. It is sold as a dietary supplement although there are ingredients in the pills that consumers are not told about. The FDAs compliance regulations over the marketing of drugs is being breached by the company behind Stiff Night. It is illegal to withhold any ingredient information from your products because of the health risks posed when they interact with prescription drugs.
Men with conditions including heart disease, high cholesterol, high blood pressure and diabetes which are treated with prescription drugs are those most likely to be affected if they take sexual enhancement drugs and their prescription meds at the same time. This is because the active ingredient in stiff nights is sulfoaildenafil, the same chemical that is in the legal drug Viagra. When sulfoaildenafil and nitrate drugs are taken together they can seriously lower blood pressure. Erectile dysfunction is often suffered by men who take nitrate drugs to treat the above conditions, so it is a vicious circle.
Men take these illegal drugs not knowing they are banned or contain dangerous ingredients because they are advertised on the internet as ‘all-natural’. The FDA was tipped off about Stiff Nights through a customer complaint. The FDA decided to release a consumer warning after it had conducted an investigation.
