Regular exercise, even if just a 15 minute walk round the block is a life enhancing weapon for people looking for effective back pain treatment, that can have a bigger impact on your health and lifestyle than all number of back pain treatments - and in that I include the health drinks and superfoods, the hottest sex, and even the most exhilarating fun.
